EMEC is the world’s leading test facility for wave and tidal energy converters, and has supported more real
sea deployments than at any other site in the world.

 

Project Manager (OceanDEMO)

£35,724 - £39,693 plus contributory pension

 

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage EMEC projects, specifically OceanDEMO, to deliver outputs on time and to a high standard.

Educated to degree level in a relevant financial or technical subject, the OceanDEMO Project Manager will oversee the work of the project team to ensure delivery of agreed outputs and will manage other partners in the project.

The Project Manager will have experience in managing teams, influencing people and will have excellent communication skills with ability to drive team performance. Experience of working within EU funding mechanisms and the ability to manage multi-million pound budgets is expected.

 

Based in Orkney, this is a full-time post for a fixed-term to July 2022.
