Job Description

Pentland Ferries are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to work from their busy office in St Margaret’s Hope. The successful applicant will be required to look after the companies 50+ employees based in Orkney and Caithness.

Responsibilities will include recruitment, policy / procedure creation & maintenance, disciplinary & grievance. You will be expected to practice the highest level of confidentiality. Knowledge of employment law is required. This post is a permanent contract of 25-30 hrs per week. Rate of pay is dependent on experience and can be disclosed to suitable applicants.
