Administration Assistant

Job Description

Isbister Bros Ltd is a very successful, family run business based in Quoyloo in the West Mainland of Orkney.  They are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their busy team. The position is a full-time post and the employer is looking for applicants interested in either full-time work or part-time work on a job share basis.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing with phone enquiries
  • Invoicing, purchase ledger
  • Cash handling
  • Stock control
  • Assisting with all other office duties as needed


Key Requirements:

  • Good customer services skills
  • Reliability
  • Multi-tasking / Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience of Sage 50 would be desirable but not essential
